Senior Portraits & Yearbook

Cherished Memories Photography will offer Senior Sessions for the 2026-27 school year on our campus! We are offering sessions in the Performing Arts Center black box. Sessions will fill up quickly, so please schedule at your earliest convenience! Dates are Tuesday, 09/08/2026 - Thursday, 09/11/2026! Visit Cherished Memories Photography for further information

Did you want to submit a personal senior photo instead? 

  • Personal photo must be wallet size (2.5 inches by 3.5 inches)
  • Photo must be in JPEG format
  • Only a current picture of the graduate alone will be accepted. No baby pictures.
  • Yearbooks & ASB membership can be purchased at the ASB Store or Webstore

Cap & Gown Information

Order graduation items from Mark Boyer, including caps and gowns, graduation announcements, class jewelry, and senior apparel/keepsakes. Visit the Milestone Grad website, call the Contact Service Center at 858.486.2020, or email mark@milestonegrad.com. Group order due by October 2nd for $36.95

Distribution Date: Wednesday, May 26, 2027    Location: OHS GYM    Time: 11:00 am

Details: Seniors report to Advisory for attendance.

  • Materials are distributed in alphabetical order.
  • Must show school ID at the door. 
  • Cords will be provided by TRiO, CTE, and Counseling.
  • If you cannot pick up during this time, all items will be stored in the main front office.

Graduation Information 2027

Location: Frontwave Arena

Date: Monday, June 7, 2027       Time: 5:00 pm

  • Seniors - attend meetings in PAC
  • Seniors received an email from Tassel to register their name, and RSVP starting April 2027
  • Each graduate will have access to their 11 graduation tickets via AXS.com through their school email no later than May 2027. Tickets are FREE!
  • Please note that anyone occupying a seat, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Frontwave website states children aged 3 and up require an entry ticket.
  • All guest must remain seated during the ceremony.
  • The ceremony will be live-streamed.
  • Come dressed in your cap & gown.
  • Handicapped parking and seating is first come, first served.
  • Parking is free for all attendees.
  • Grad meet at the loading dock area 3:30-4:00 pm for check in. 
  • Use facilities before checking in.
  • Doors open for guests at 4 pm
  • Graduation Event starts at 5 pm 
  • Graduating Seniors are to meet along the loading dock area in the back of Frontwave Arena.

Frontwave Prohibited Items

  • To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are not permitted inside the venue:

Bags & Containers: 

  • Backpacks and large bags (refer to our Bag Policy for specific dimensions and allowances).

  • Outside food and beverages, including cans, bottles, flasks, coolers, and water bottles. Exceptions may apply for specific sporting or family events; please check the event's website for details.
  • Camelbaks.
  • Weapons & Dangerous Items:

  • All types of weapons, including but not limited to knives, firearms, box cutters, mace, pepper spray, brass knuckles, stun guns, and fireworks.
  • Tools and pocket knives.
  • Electronics & Recording Devices:

  • Laser pens, pointers, and flashlights.
  • Glow products (e.g., glow sticks, necklaces, bracelets, eyeglasses, masks, hats, and gloves).
  • Flash photographyprofessional photographic equipment (e.g., cameras with detachable lenses, zoom lenses exceeding 3 inches), and video/audio recording equipment.
  • GoPros, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks.
  • iPads, tablets, and laptop computers.
  • Two-way radios.
  • Recreational & Personal Items:

  • Umbrellas.
  • Chewing gum.
  • Noise-making devices such as air horns, cowbells, drums, and whistles. Exceptions may apply for specific sporting events; please check the event's website for details.
  • Costumes (full face masks are prohibited). Refer to our "General Rules & Policies" for further costume guidelines.
  • Signs, flags, banners, and posters, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
  • Wallet chains, studded belts, or bracelets.
  • Pamphlets or product samples.
  • Heelys, skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, and bicycles.
  • Helmets.
  • Chairs.
  • Balloons.
  • Permanent markers and spray paint.
  • Decals and stickers.
  • Soccer balls, footballs, frisbees, and Nerf balls. Exceptions may apply for specific sporting events.
  • Substances & Related Items:

  • Street drugs, illegal substances, and unapproved prescription medicine. Asthma inhalers with a matching prescription are permitted. For other necessary medications, please request a medical check when approaching the venue entrance.
  • Cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, vape pens, atomizers, and electronic nicotine delivery systems.
  • Any item containing chemical fluids (including e-cig fluid).
