Register for AP Exams by November 3, 2019
THE REGISTRATION PROCESS: To register for AP Exams visit Oceanside HS AP Exam Registration. There will be no in-person registration or payments this year. All exam registrations must be done through the website. Registration ENDS Sunday, November 3, 2019.

Fee waiver: $25.00
Tests must be ordered and paid for by November 3, 2019. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, check or money order. If you are planning on paying by check or money order please allow time for mailing payment.
TO REGISTER: We strongly recommend that parents and students are both present while registering to ensure that the correct exams are ordered. Students/parents should click on the link provided on the school website or visit the website listed above. Registration is not complete until students have printed the confirmation page that is provided at the end of the registration process.
CANCELLED EXAMS/CONFLICTS: Any student who has registered for an AP exam but cancels the exam prior to March 6, 2019 will receive a full refund. Students that cancel an exam between March 6 – 27 are entitled to a refund of the exam fee minus a cancellation fee of $15.00 per exam cancelled. There are no refunds after March 27th. Any student who does not show up for an exam will not be refunded. If you have a conflict with an exam please contact Kevin Thompson at kevin.thompson@oside.us.
NO MAKE-UP EXAMS: If you are absent on exam day you will need to purchase a late exam. No refunds or transfer of exam fees allowed. Late exams are $110 ($55 OHS exam fee and $55 late fee per College Board regulations).
FINANCIAL AID: Fees for AP Exams are reduced to $25 per exam for families that qualify for a free/reduced lunch. To request a fee reduction, please answer “Yes” to the free/reduced lunch question during registration. At the end of registering your request will be sent to the AP Coordinator. You will not be able to pay for your test(s) until your fee waiver has been approved. Once you have been approved you will receive an email with a link to pay for the test(s). Registration ends March 6th at 11:59pm.
TESTING DAY INFORMATION: ABSOLUTELY NO electronic devices are permitted. Bring your Student ID and confirmation receipt. Students will not be permitted to enter without these ID and receipt.
