Chavez Community Resource Center
This is a site for collaborative partners to provide community-based social service, health, educational and case management programs. Though there has been a lot of progress since the mid-1990’s, challenges remain, and ongoing efforts are needed to sustain the progress made and provide opportunities for neighborhood youth and families to continue to work toward a brighter future.

Crown Heights Community Resource Center
Current programs at the site include a Positive Youth Development After School Program for youth (middle school and OHS), Cal-Fresh and Medi-Cal application assistance, reading club for children for Pre-K to 2nd grade, and a computer lab.
