National Kick Butts Day is March 21,2012.  As in the past, National Honor Society focuses attention on the ‘Evils of Tobacco use’.  Information tables, a pledge wall and relay races between the grade levels were held.  Directly after school, NHSers went prone (hopefully with white sheets over them) on the lawn in front of the Admin. Bldg to signify the yearly deaths from tobacco related diseases.  Thank you teachers for your cooperation in releasing NHS Students with ‘KICK BUTTS DAY’ stickers a bit early 6th pd. and a select few early 4th pd.  The kids have done MUCHO planning  and their efforts were very successful in getting the message across.
